  I can agree, two months ago it was definitely a 5 star spot. Today 3 stars is generous in my opinion. Today, they were out of beans, the cornbread was half the size it used to be, the Cole slaw portions seemed to have gotten smaller too, and the house BbQ sauce was out. The last two visits before were a headache trying to decide from what was left on the menu. They were out of stuff too. The service has slowed down to a crawl, and still they were messing up orders while I waited my turn.
  
  I expected more from big money bags San Manuel. Did they just rent space to a mom and pop BbQ business? Don't get me wrong, the food is tasty, but unless they get it together, you may as well have a few items in mind, while to you wait, just in case they are out of your favorites.

  The crew was awesome. I have been in the food industry for many years and customer service is what I look for anywhere I go. Just BBQ was great.The food was excellent.
