  Usually my experience here is great it's what keeps me coming back.. but today everyone has been rude. I made an appointment but the lady checking me in told me they weren't doing appointment cause there was only one practitioner, okay fine. Then she tells me the wait time to be seen is 2 to 3 hrs.. I would believe that if it wasn't for the fact that they close at 5 pm today. I believe they were trying to get people to leave especially with the tone of voice they had and not just with me.. The RN who took my vitals was nice but as I'm waiting in the room to be seen I can hear someone complaining about "getting these people out of here".. Practitioner finally comes in and he's out of here in less than 3 mins. How is that proper evaluation? I don't know if it's cause it's New Years Eve but this visit has been bad. I'm sorry you had to work today, so did I but I got through it without the attitude... and I definitely didn't want to be sick on NYE either. So thanks so much for the care!!
